If you have any questions that are not answered here please contact our office anytime and we’ll be happy to assist.
We focus on your total health quality rather than addressing your symptoms with prescription medicine, which can exacerbate your health problems. We adopt a holistic approach to helping you improve your health, which means we focus on improving your overall health rather than just your symptoms.
Wellness is a collaborative effort. It is critical that you are honest about all areas of your health, family history, lifestyle, habits, aspirations, and compliance. We can guarantee outcomes if you come to us with a real desire to be your healthiest and are willing to work with us to achieve meaningful changes.
We are not affiliated with any managed care provider or insurer. We accept all forms of payment for your visits and treatments, then we provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance. Generally speaking, consults are generally not reimbursed, however, lab tests, blood tests and diagnostics typically are reimbursed based on your insurer.
Because we allocate large amounts of time for each client's session, we ask a minimum of 48-hour notice of cancellation or need to reschedule. As a result, we require a nonrefundable payment when making an appointment. But don't worry, if you need to reschedule, we'll apply the deposit to the new appointment — as long as it's within 10 days of the original appointment.
